Hands on experience of handling hiring of Top level position.
Have experience of interviewing candidates in person to identify the candidates as per set parameters.
Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned requirements within the stipulated time line.
Should have hands on experience in using Job boards like Naukri & Monster
Should be able to work on defined SLAs and by maintaining the Turn Around Time.
To coordinate with the Departmental Heads to understand the hiring needs and requirement details.
Able to build out a strategic sourcing plan to close the positions on the defined time line.
Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.
Hands on experience of coordinating with candidates and taking care of the offer formalities.
Should be able to take the ownership of the requisitions assigned
