Virtual Employee (P) Ltd was conceived and established in 2007 by Mr. Narinder Singh Mahil, a second-generation US-based senior IT professional, to showcase the highly skilled Indian professionals through a global staffing platform based in India. Today, his dream has turned into a 1500+ strong company—ISO 9001 & 27001  certified and NASSCOM-affiliated—with a global client base across five continents and a comprehensive range of services in IT and non-IT domains across multiple industries.

Management Team

Virtual Employee (P) Ltd has moved from strength-to-strength under the able guidance of Mr. Prem Sagar, Director, Mr. Narinder Singh Mahil, the Chairman, and Mr. Shaunvir Singh Mahil, the Managing Director—its founding members. The management team includes Mr. Ashu Mishra, VP, Client Engagement and Mr. Eshan Labroo, VP, Operations.

Company Headquarters

Headquartered in the prestigious Special Economic Zone (SEZ) of NOIDA, it has four well-established offices in the Delhi NCR area along with a UK office in the bustling commercial hub of Central Birmingham to ensure easy management of our UK clients.

The Journey So Far

Our success story as a dynamic global provider of remote staffing solutions has been a trailblazer in the Indian outsourcing space. Maintaining our uncompromising commitment to quality, we have achieved a number of major milestones.

  • Starting with a head count of five in 2007, Virtual Employee (P) Ltd has come a long way with 1500+ employees working from five well-equipped offices—maintained to international standards—in the IT and commercial hubs of Delhi NCR and UK Birmingham.
  • We are associated with NASSCOM, a prestigious trade association of Indian IT and BPO industry, as also with Australian Chamber of Commerce.
  • We were granted the prestigious SEZ (Special Economic Zone) approval by the Indian government as an important contributor in terms of FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) and employment generation, and established a swanky office in NSEZ, NOIDA in 2013.
  • In October 2014, we were awarded ISO 2001:2008 certification, validating our robust processes across all aspects of technology and business, and applicable regulatory compliances.
  • We added two more offices in sector-63, NOIDA and Gurgaon in 2014, respectively, to accommodate our growing workforce. Each one of our offices provides a world-class ambience to our employees—including a state-of-the-art infrastructure, impressive IT and administrative support and the latest communication facilities.
  • Our present employee strength of 1500+ and an increasing global clientele have kept us on a fast growth track. We established an office in UK Birmingham, to provide ease of access to our UK clients.
  • Continuing our quest for impeccable services, we are working on getting ISO 27001 certification and CMMi LEVEL 3 accreditation.

Our Reach

We craft customized remote staffing solutions in multiple IT and non-IT domains for clients across 30+ countries, and hope to extend our reach world-wide in terms of geographic spread.
