  • Hiring for Web developers and Software engineers on technology - PHP, .net, mobile application, MSBI, Database administrators, UI/UX developer, designer, animation, multimedia etc. Hands on experience hiring for testers, Engineers, e-commerce related domains and also hiring on SEO, Content position.
  • Should have experience of hiring top level positions and have experience in head hunting.
  • Should be well versed with using LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Should possess decent interpersonal skills

Job description

  • Should be willing to handle End-to-End recruitment through LinkedIn & Social networking
  • Hands on experience of handling hiring of Top level position.
  • Have experience of interviewing candidates in person to identify the candidates as per set parameters.
  • Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned requirements within the stipulated time line.
  • Should have hands on experience in using Job boards like Naukri & Monster
  • Should be able to work on defined SLAs and by maintaining the Turn Around Time.
  • To coordinate with the Departmental Heads to understand the hiring needs and requirement details.
  • Able to build out a strategic sourcing plan to close the positions on the defined time line.
  • Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.
  • Hands on experience of coordinating with candidates and taking care of the offer formalities.
  • Should be able to take the ownership of the requisitions assigned
  • Confident in their abilities, Innovative and should possess high levels of Energy.
